No Matter Where You Are
No Matter Where You Are
There's something irreplaceable about worshiping together, shoulder to shoulder. But life happens. You may be travelling, fighting an illness, or checking us out for the first time. Our livestream is here for those moments, giving you a way to stay connected to the preaching, music, and life of our church until you can join us in person again. No matter how you got here, we're glad you're here.

Whether you're watching a service from home or sitting down with your Bible, spending time in personal devotion carries some challenges: Distraction, drift, and the temptation to multitask. Here are a few habits that we find helpful. Minimize Distractions. Silence the phone. Close the extra tabs. Treat this time the way you'd treat a conversation with someone you love. Engage the Word Actively. Take notes. Highlight a verse. Write down a question. Anything that keeps you from being a passive audience. Pray. A short prayer before you begin is a great way to settle in focus. A short prayer after you are finished is a great way to allow the Word to take root. Don't Go It Alone. Devotional time is often a private activity, but a life of faith is not. If something stirred a question, bring it up! Email us, ask at a Bible Study, or wrestle with it in your small group. If you aren't involved in those ways yet, let us know and we'd love to get you connected!
