Serving families with children in 6th through 8th grade focusing on confirmation, Christ Lincoln Middle School Ministry seeks to develop the faith of our middle school students. Summertime mission trips, as well as monthly service & fellowship activities are woven into confirmation instruction.
Wednesday Nights
Wednesday Night Small Groups are a great way for students to connect with Jesus. Trusted and trained small group leaders support our students each week for times of learning, building friendships, serving, and more. Mark "Confirmation Track" when you register if you wish for your student(s) to publicly profess their faith in the 9th grade.

Sunday morning Bible Study is a chance for our students to read and grow in their understanding of God's Word together. Students join a table leader each week to read through a chapter or story of the Bible. For those on the Confirmation Track, Sundays are an opportunity to complete their Bible Journal expectation.
Confirmation is a process for students who have been Baptized to more fully explore their faith and publicly profess it to be their own on Confirmation Day, in the fall of their 9th grade year. In the Confirmation Track, students will learn the basics of our Lutheran Christian faith while developing faith habits of Rows, Circles, Arrows, and Dots to last them a lifetime.

Joel oversees ministry from 6th to 8th grades and seeks to develop pathways for students to confirm their faith during these identity forming years. He joined the Christ Lincoln family in April 2022 and is excited to build relationships with our students and middle school parents. He and his wife, Nicole, have three young boys, Jeremiah, Josiah and Elijah.
