Our Foundation was organized in 1986 to receive charitable gifts for the benefit of Christ Lincoln. A board elected by the congregation oversees the various aspects of this ministry. We seek to assist members in managing their God-given assets in a manner that honors God and provides benefits to themselves, their families and the various ministries of the church.
Over the years, gifts from various sources have been received and invested. Earnings derived from the funds in the Foundation are used to further the ministry of Christ Lincoln and Christ Lincoln Schools above and beyond what is possible through the general fund budget supported by regular offerings.
Since 1999 our funds have been managed by the LCMS Foundation, and through this partnership, Christ Lincoln members have access to a wide array of financial planning tools and services. Professional gift-planning counselors are available to assist members in navigating the many options available for asset planning and charitable giving.

Legacy giving helps you plan for the future and leave behind a legacy. Our Legacy Society is a group of forward thinkers preparing for the future and leaving a legacy of generosity.

Grant requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the Christ Lincoln Foundation Board of Trustees meeting where it would be considered. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of February, May, August, and November.
