If you are interested in learning more about Christ Lincoln and in connecting with our congregation, join us in The Basics - Being Christ Lincoln! The structure for this experience will include attending an orientation session followed by participating in 6 learning sessions in a small group format. If you are a member and would participate as a refresher, or to connect deeper within our Christ Lincoln community, you are welcome to do so! If you are transferring membership from another LCMS church, please contact your previous congregation and request a transfer and also register to participate in The Basics.

The structure for this experience will include attending an orientation session followed by participating in 6 learning sessions in a small group format. Orientation Session: The orientation session will include a campus tour, staff and mentor introductions, and an overview of the process. As we collect registrations for The Basics on an ongoing basis and gather groups together we will then set a date and time of the Orientation Session for each group.

Learning Sessions: You will be assigned to a small group led by a mentor for 6 learning sessions (one per week). You will be responsible for watching short videos on your own prior to your weekly group meetings in order to actively participate in group discussion. These learning sessions will allow time for you to ask questions in a safe environment, develop relationships with real people, and get connected to opportunities within the church! More information about the learning sessions will be provided at the orientation session.
